ALG was founded on a simple premise: Finnish and Nordic logistics and industrial-service businesses are often built by owner-operators approaching retirement, with strong teams and loyal customers but no clear succession path. ALG steps in as a long-term operating partner — not a financial buyer looking to strip and flip, but a group that keeps people, culture, and customer relationships intact while professionalizing operations.
